Refund Policy

Steam Purchases
Our games are distributed through Steam. All purchases — including base games, DLC, and in-game content — are subject to Steam's Refund Policy.
Steam's Standard Refund Policy
Valve offers refunds on any Steam purchase within the following guidelines:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase
- The game has been played for less than 2 hours
Refunds are not guaranteed for purchases that fall outside these conditions, though Steam may still approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis. DLC and in-game purchases follow the same policy, with playtime counted for the base game.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted directly through Steam:
- Open Steam and go to Help > Steam Support
- Select the game or purchase you'd like refunded
- Follow the on-screen steps to submit your refund request
We do not process refunds directly. Steam handles all payment processing and refund disbursement.
Pre-Purchases
If you pre-purchase a game on Steam, you may request a refund at any time before the game's release date. The standard 14-day/2-hour policy applies after the release date.
Abuse
Requesting refunds as a way to get free access to games is not permitted. Steam may restrict refund access for accounts that appear to abuse the refund system.
