If you submit feedback, bug reports, or other content to us (via email, Discord, or other channels), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve our games and services. We will not publicly attribute your feedback without your permission.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of any game or service, nor do we guarantee the preservation of game progress, saved data, or virtual items. In-Game Purchases

Some games may offer optional in-game purchases or premium content distributed through third-party platforms such as Steam. Purchases made through Steam are subject to Steam's Subscriber Agreement and Steam's Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and virtual items at any time.

Limitation of Liability

EchoForge Studios and its games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoForge Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or games, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our games and services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.
